Corrosion resistance

Provided that the equipment is used for its intended purpose, its safety is not impaired by corrosion.

Sizing

The body must not be subjected to sharp increases in pressure. Welds and ﬂanges of the electrode are

designed to withstand dynamic loading (bending and alternating stress). The dimensional allowances

for corrosion reﬂect the latest state of technology.
